As Danielo says, you can do things like:
{{{ [has[myfield]sort[created]] |viewtemplate}}}
{{{ [myfield[myvalue]sort[created]] |viewtemplate}}}
"viewtemplate" would be a template tiddler containing something like:
! <$view field="title"/>
<$transclude/>
