Hello I'm new at using TW5 - for testing, I dowloaded TW5 and started using it in my firefox-browser. I bookmarked the file by dragging it to the bookmarks-sidebar in firefox. The bookmark created by firefox looks like this: file:///C:/Users/Username/SomeDirectory/tiddlywiki.htm#SomeTiddler:GettingStarted%20SomeTiddler
Later I've reopened the TW-file via bookmark, changed things, saved, closed firefox, reopened firefox, used the bookmark to open TW - strange: all changes seemed lost! After a while I figured out, that the bookmark in the browser somehow makes TW opening in a way, previous changes are completely hidden from the user. No idea how and why. However, if I manually shorten the url to file:///C:/Users/Username/SomeDirectory/tiddlywiki.htm it's all fine; all the changes/new tiddlers I had made and thought to be lost suddenly are visible again. Any explanation for this??? I think this odd behaviour can easily throw off newbies, as it makes you believe that saving is very unreliable...
