Hi Danielo, What do you exactly mean by "theme compliant".
The CSS you started with controls the behavior of the buttons (transition), the height and the drop shadow. The color of the buttons is AFAIK controlled in the Color palette and *not* in the theme. In the beginning, the Starlight theme had colored tiddler buttons (Info blue, Edit orange, Close red; Delete red, Cancel orange, Done green). Nowadays all themes at http://tiddlywiki.com use the same colors.(white, grey, black).
