Hi Danielo,

You can find the CSS in $:/themes/tiddlywiki/vanilla/base.

Two remarks:

1) The CSS given in my last post contained for the Page control buttons 
already your class tw-infoToolbar-controls; the original class is 
tw-page-controls.
2) The classes given are the "general" solutions for the Page control set 
and Tiddler control set. You will also find "per button" solutions like:

.tw-tiddler-controls button svg.tw-image-delete-button {
  fill: <<colour toolbar-delete-button>>;
}
