Hi Jon

I uploaded another version -- I have separated out the styles for the TOC 
into a separate style sheet. The menu items won't work of course -- edit 
the contents of the titles and <li> elements of TOC accordingly.

You will need only these two tiddlers to get it working:
-- $:/plugins/matabele/stylesheet-toc 
<#%24%3A%2Fplugins%2Fmatabele%2Fstylesheet-toc>
-- TOC <#TOC>
