Hi Daniel,
Just add a link [[tiddler title]] to the $:/_topmenu tiddler and style it
with something like:
.tw-topbar .tw-tiddlylink {
color: white;
background-color: blue;
border-radius: 2px;
padding: 1px 1px 1px 1px;
}
