version is 5.0.13-beta what I did was grab the link above and drag it around. I went to the page and it opened up the tiddler. I grabbed the link under the 'open' tab and pulled it to my tw and it made a new tiddler. I saved and reloaded but the shortcuts don't work for me because I don't think I actually have the plugin just the tiddler.
any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
