Hi Ken, The slight confusion is semantic, I think. By "tiddler" we refer to the individual wiki entries, not to the document as a whole. Practically everything in TiddlyWiki is a Tiddler, including plugins.
The easiest place to find all the plugins installed in a particular TW is from the plugins tab of the control panel, from where you can drag them across.
