Using a large number of large images will cause the TiddlyWiki file size to increase quickly. There have been experiments where people have successfully created and used TiddlyWiki's of many megabytes (I think Dave Gifford produced an 80MB file at one point), but performance suffers, and older browsers (particularly on mobile devices) don't like working with such large files.
