What is the version number reported by the "About" menu in Safari? I think the problem is that OS X 10.6.x (Snow Leopard) is now pretty old (5 years old to be precise), and doesn't get the latest updates of Safari. According to this site, the first version of Safari to support the FileReader was 6.1, which I seem to remember came with OS X Lion: http://caniuse.com/#feat=filereader > As to version of TW, I am not sure how to tell that from my file. > Click the control panel icon in the sidebar; the TiddlyWiki version number is listed at on the first tab under Info/Basics.
