Still the same behavior. But I use a bash script to work around that by moving the latest saved file from the Download folder to the folder that gets pushed to the server via rsync. The solution is simple enough and easy to use. Plus, the generated .html files are (a) fully functional and (b) when one clicks on the save button one only gets a local copy, while the online copy does not get affected. So it all basically works as it should, except for the superfluous "edit" buttons.
