Thank you, Eric and Eucaly for your prompt responses. The issue is 
something else. Tried latest Firefox browser and same results.

I ended deleting all files from the directory and re-installing TiddlyWiki, 
and still getting the same issue. The next step I will try tonight is 
uninstalling Node completely and start from scratch.

Is there a way to install old TiddlyWiki betas? I would like to see if 
there is any issue with latest versions and Windows XP
