Hi Frank

I'm afraid that TiddlyWiki5 doesn't work in IE9 because it requires an
HTML5-compatible browser. It works fine in IE11, and seems to be OK in IE10.

The good news is that TiddlyWiki Classic continues to work all the way back
to IE6. But I'm afraid we'll never be able to retrofit TW5 to have that
kind of backwards compatibility.

Best wishes

Jeremy
