I've been working on a new brief introductory video for TiddlyWiki. The idea is to have a 2 minute introduction video that tries to explain the basic concepts, and then several Getting Started videos that go through the steps to getting TiddlyWiki up and running in the standalone configuration, under TiddlyDesktop, under Node.js etc.

I think there's too much emphasis on showing how the mechanisms of TiddlyWiki work, and not enough about why these features are useful.
