Hello, Few weeks ago I've installed the highlight plugin (http://tiddlywiki.com/plugins/tiddlywiki/highlight/), so I guess that / highlight/highlightblock.js is for.. highlight plugin ;) Maybe you can choose the render of tab of your code in a tiddler with that.
