I posted this at YouTube and linked to Google Plus. TWEdit for iPad/iPhone has used PhoneGap as it's app engine for years.
It seems like a really good solution and Eric did a great job showing where he is in his implementation. No saving or file system stuff yet but TWEdit can do it so I think Eric will have that shortly. Eric's design is read only right now as that is what he needs for his project. Hope that helps.
