I dreamed about that a while ago. But if you think it carefully: how will tiddlywiki know how to order or categorize your tiddlers? I'm not very familiar with the table of contents, but as far as I know, you have to tag the tiddlers with the name of its parent. You define the parents to display in the call to the macro.
