Pour l'IRL, ce n'est pas mon fort, et j'ai l'impression que c'est un peu tôt, mais je suis d'accord sur le principe. Si tu as des idées sur la forme que ça pourrait prendre, je pense que tu peux les jeter dans un tiddler du genre http://tiddlywiki.com/#Meetups:Meetups.
