Thanks Jed for your help. I will check out what you did. Tobias, It is 2 parts actually 1. Compare the two files for differences on a Tiddler level, 2 Tiddlers could be different even if they have the same name. 1a. Not sure if you can do anything about the Same Name Different Tiddler Issue although the upgrader does know the differences. 2. Package the Differences into a file 2a, Package select differences into a file by file type or something like that.
The upgrade tool does a comparison on your existing file and what needs to be upgraded that is what made me think of this.
