I think I'm starting a discussion that does not belongs to this but: I like having the Tiddlywiki code "expanded". I find it more transparent. The other way, it looks like you are trying to hide something. Also it could be a culprit to many people that explores tiddlywiki directly on the HTML file version. If the single file edition is minified, you force people to do their customization's and explore the code directly on github, making this the only way.
