To my knowledge there isn't any parser for MS word documents yet. Importing documents is still not supported very well. Unless someone has made a plugin that I am not aware of the best you can do is to copy it chunk by chunk into a wiki, or to use something like perl to write a script to split it into sections that can be imported into a wiki.
