For TW5 (you didn't mention which TW) in Firefox you might be able to make 
the job easier by exporting to HTML. Use the title feature to give it your 
own title in the Save-as dialog. Then load the HTML into a browser tab and 
use TiddlyClip to snip the segments into your target TW.
