Adding a field "list-after: $:/themes/tiddlywiki/vanilla/base" works, even if I pick a different theme... Not sure if this is not some unintentional behaviour that might change in the future.
Would be great if list-after had a "special case" for the empty value (like "list-before" does), meaning "load after everything else".
