Hi everyone, I'm curious as to how you name your tags. Also Captial cased tags versus lowercase tags. I'm using something like ALL CAPS for things like BOOKMARK, TODO, PROJECT, GOAL, MILESTONE, IMAGE, PDF, AUDIO, VIDEO, etc... I'm also using a naming convention like myDATA for files that are stored locally relative to my tiddlywiki's root directory. I also use Zachary Storer, John Lennon, Yoko Ono, and First Last, for tags that are names of people. I've been using a naming convention like: naming a tag BDAY, and then naming MONTH January, and naming YEAR 1. I'm kind of structuring the tags so that I can really filter them for different table of contents, that I'm tagging with TOC. I also have a GALLERY tag for image / pdf / audio / video / embedded youtube, galleries. What else am I doing...? I'm a huge fan of the film and story of the Sound of Music. So I'm labeling my favorite tiddlers with FAVORITE, then I have a tiddler that filters all of them called: My Favorite Things. I then have a TOC filter tiddlers on my home screen: [[advanced search]] [[My Favorite Things]] [[Brainstorm]] [[Work]] [[Projects]] [[Tasks for Today]] [[Todo]] [[ Bookmarks]].
I am working on making a TiddlyWiki for tiddlyspace soon, so you guys can really see what I'm doing. Perhaps you guys may have tips and tricks, or better naming conventions for tags. Please let me know.. Thanks! - zacts -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
