As tags are quite often also tiddlers, I mostly stick with "Title", "SomeTitle" or "Some title". Occasionally "title" but that is mostly for very special tags or e.g "pdf" where "Pdf" wouldn't make sense.
I guess the naming convention is affected by how you *use* the tags. Are they pure tags or are they actually tiddler titles? Or maybe strictly category titles?
