>Has this been done? Actually it has! TobiasBeer created the intremely interesting LinikifyPlugin for TWC after a discussion on what was termed, if I reall, autoweaving. Do a search for LinkifyPlugin and I'm sure you'll find it or tell me and I'll link you to it.
I found the plugin valuable (when I used TWC) for very niched TW's because it was not desirable to have links show up in wrong contexts. In some sense I think this way of linking is much more natural than e.g camelcasing.
