Hi Denis

I received the file. It is a v5.1.2 TiddlyWiki, and I can confirm that it
doesn't decrypt with the password "password".

How did you download the file originally? If you did so from tw.com then
it's possible that you set a different password yourself if you were
experimenting with the encryption features before performing the download.
The download button on tw.com generally dynamically constructs the file to
be downloaded, and so it will reflect any password change made before the
download.
