Wanting to show fields at a tiddler might not necessarily mean "all fields", that's true. I guess that will always be a matter of preference... and fiddling. Not sure, what exactly you mean with a *tf-fields*, field. I would certainly not define that on a per-tiddler basis, at least not by default... that would probably better be global.
