Another option I would be open to is if there is a way for the top tiddler to have one title (for permalinks) but display as a completely different title
Use case: my static html would have a home tiddler with a table of contents that would display at the top of the story river, have a title TOC, and the other tiddlers would link back to it. And any other statics I create might also link back to it with [ext[./thatotherpage.html#TOC]]. But if there were a way to display the tiddler title as SiteTitle instead of TOC, That would work great for me.
