I'm using http://editor.method.ac/ to do simple svg files. It's a nice simple editor that allows you to save to desktop and to load up previously created svg files. I then upload to dropbox folder running https://www.pancake.io/ then linking the image in my tiddly with [img[http://username.pancakeapps.com/directory]]
