I’ve got an open mind; I was thinking of an “unconference” structure where the
first thing we do is allow anyone to propose sessions, and then have a loose
voting system for deciding which sessions to hold. The process of proposing and
choosing can start now, of course, here on the mailing list.

My other thought is to live-stream all of the sessions via Google Hangouts, and
to encourage participation remotely.

I’m certainly interested in the idea of some hacking sessions, but I’d want to
make sure that it was inclusive for everyone who’s there, and of course not
everyone is a developer.

Generally, there are people coming from much further afield than me, so I’d
want to make sure that they get what they want from the sessions. Overall, the
thing I’m really looking forward to is meeting TiddlyWikiers face-to-face, and
the chance to get to know people better.

Great, I’ll look forward to meeting you,

Best wishes
