I believe I speak also for Jed when I say TWederation ("communication
between TWs") is a main matter we hope to discuss and work on. There are a
zillion things I wish to delve into but I cannot see anything that compares
in importance. Presumably, the main point with the conference is jolly good
fun so I'm of course happy to part-take in any other discussions too (even
if they pale in comparison next to TWederation... don't worry, I'm joking
;-) ;-) ;-)
My other thought is to live-stream all of the sessions via Google Hangouts,

I'm hoping the meetup place has really good wifi connections. (Better try
it out beforehand?)

Non-developer, that's me; I promise to constantly fill the coffee cup for
anyone who works on TWederation. I can also answer your phone to inform
them you're very, very busy and will be back in a month.
Joking aside; I'm super thrilled about this. Really looking forward to
meeting everyone - developers, non-developers, newbies, oldies!
