I don't have anywhere specific to recommend, I'm afraid. I'd suggest some 
judicious Googling of "b&b oxford", there are plenty of global sites like 
booking.com that cover Oxford, and quite a few specialist Oxford sites like 
www.oxfordbedbreakfast.co.uk. I do know that thanks to the local geography a 
lot of B&Bs are outside the city centre, so you'd have to rely on buses to get 
into town (not a problem, the bus services are pretty good).
