Happy to report I'm now officially ready to rock'n roll between; July 14 (Thursday evening) ...until July 19 (Tuesday).
After tip from fellow Birthe, I used Airbnb and set the address to the meeting location (Oxford Centre for Innovation - New Road, Oxford, OX1 1BY) and went with the closest room I found which is just a few hundred meters away from it.
