Hi Steve, I just want to mention that once TWederation and TW networks is functional, it will be super easy to do this; i.e everyone would just have their own TW (with installed twederation plugins) and then they'd simply author their documentation in tiddlers. Everyone would fetch everyone elses documentatoins and with possibility to give comments and feedback on them... and, yeah, that's it.
I'll send you a private link to the current Discussion application that is actually up and running.
