I'm not sure if what I want to do is possible, but if it is not a modification to the core would be required.
What I want to do is hiding certain parts of certain tiddler with the following conditions - *Not modifying the core view template.* - Not using global CSS styles. - Without assigning certain tag to the tiddler. This is a very interesting thing for creating custom view templates based on conditions external to the tiddler itself, for example the existence of another tiddler. I find a bad practice to modify the users data (adding a tag) just for displaying it in a different way.
