No comprehensive answer, but I'd say you can use an iframe to actually show another TW inside that one tiddler. The main idea is fairly straightforward if the surrounding system allows it (i.e user rights to save etc) but you'd probably need to tweak the layout since you want it to be inside one tiddler.
