It's worth noting that Twitter's tweet length rules are somewhat 
counter-intuitive; a straightforward character count isn't sufficient. Issues 
include links, which always count as 23 characters, even if the link is shorter 
than 23 characters, and the reliably confusing multi-byte character issues:
