TiddlyWiki's will run on Android with either Firefox browser (probably 
other browsers too) or the app AndTidWiki. The app allows the text to flow 
to fit the screen edges better. I'm pretty sure you can then use Dropbox to 
sync your file, though I usually either connect via usb connector and my 
computer's file manager or the application SyncThing.  I've also used the 
for-pay app Cheetah sync, which might be easier to set up then SyncThing.
