As others have said it runs fine in the browser. I even got TiddlyFox to 
load in Firefox on Android, though I think I may have had to jump through a 
hoop to install the plugin, I can't recall. It wasn't a complicated hoop.

Then with Firefox + tiddlyfox + DriveSync (sync a Google drive folder to 
the phone) it stayed up to date and I could even edit and save with one 
click on the phone. Drive Sync can even monitor for file changes and sync 
immediately.

Note it does help to slide in the menu bar on the side so that the "story" 
takes up the whole page.
