Well, the first thing you need to do is give more information. This is most likely caused by either a plugin you are using or some customisations you made to your wiki. Does it happen when you open your wiki? Or does it happen when you do something specific? What plugins do you have installed? Have you created any custom javascript widgets or macros in your wiki?
