Hola Alfonso, I'm sorry that you are having so many problems. To be honest, I don't use the offline version at all, so maybe I have introduced a bug on the recent realeases that I didn't noticed. I will check it more closely.
However, as you said, it is not possible to share the file with others, so if being able to email the file to coworkers is a must have, then NoteSelf is not the solution for you. However, if the target is just to allow other people to access your content and edit it, then you can use a remote database to sync all the instances. Just follow the instructions on this video to configure a remote database: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oc5lNND8dZE&t=164s You can then create other users with access to the same database you use and they should be able to access your content through the online version too.
