Josiah, "relative paths" - OK, I think you're referring to what I would call "local files".
Thanks for your test! I hadn't investigated this but, yes, it does work - it is a matter of using a link/path with a supported filetype ending (e.g ....jpg). Any difference in behaviour from external links should not be because of RichLinks. Anyway, thanks.
