It's broken for everyone.  The browser reports a response code of 500, 
which is a non-specific "server error".

One thing you noted is the brief appearance of the Apache default page.  
This suggests that the server software was re-installed, and there is some 
lingering configuration problem (maybe permissions or owner for store.php 
??).  If that is the case, then it is only a matter of time before one of 
the Baird brothers fixes it.  In the mean time, TiddlySpot will still serve 
existing TWs, but you can't save any changes.  :(
