I hope you’ll decide to come, yours has been a valuable perspective and your 
talks much enjoyed.

My personal goals/expectations for these meetings aren’t really about being 
productive; it’s hard enough for a group that works together every day to be 
productive, let alone a loosely bound group like ours. For me, a big chunk is 
putting faces to names, but the main direct value is in learning why (and how) 
other people use (and develop) TiddlyWiki. Meeting face-to-face isn’t always 
possible, but when it happens it adds a welcome extra dimension to our 
relationships the rest of the year.

I’m open to suggestions as to how we schedule activities for these meetups. If 
there are decisions or conclusions that would be useful let’s explore them.

The reason we opted for the mini-hangout format last year was part of trying to 
find ways to make the meetup useful for people who weren’t there, and to leave 
behind something durable.
