I don't know why, but I had to write the frame two times ( and modified tow
my wishes)

padding-top:5px;
border:2px solid lightgreen;
}
.tc-tiddler-frame {
padding: 5px 5px 1px;
padding-top: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
padding-bottom: 1px;
padding-left: 5px;
border:2px solid lightgreen;

.tc-tiddler-title {
font-size:10px;
}

At the moment I modify my ToDo-Lists with background-colours, so that it is
better visible when popping up, where is what :-)
