   1. 
*Pull down your control screen *
   2. *Tap on “Settings”*
   3. *Go to Applications*
   4. *Tap on “Running Application”*
   5. *At the bottom (or sometimes top) it will show amount used and amount 
   remaining. Add together for approx total*

Another procedure (may not work on newer machines):


1. Hold down Home button until task list appeared

2. In lower right hand corner there is a "pie-shaped" icon

3. Click on icon to see resource use

4. Click on "Ram" to see ram usage including total Ram available


And finally ...


Check your sales receipt ;-)


I looked it up.Yours should have 2.2 G RAM (40% more than mine and more 
than my netbook).
