Is there any way to highlight the current toc entry in TW table of contents (outline)? I mean when you use the table of contents (which is under Contents tab in sidebar of https://tiddlywiki.com/) and click on a topic (toc entry) the background or color changes to show the current navigation position in the table of contents.
