Colour palettes in TW largely don't have much awareness of the different 
vision issues users may have (THERE ARE A LOT OF YOU :).

You might find helpful Thomas Elmiger's ColourAction plugin 
https://tid.li/tw5/test/bricks.html#%24%3A%2Fplugins%2Ftelmiger%2FColorAction. 
It may be a bit difficult to understand? But it has a methodology to get 
colour right.
