I think this kind of general overview is useful. I emphasised your headings 
to make the main ones clearer.

After prodding around I'd now add ... Info tiddlers ... to the 
"Conventions". These REGISTER the DISCOVERED STATE of the RUN environment. 
Discernable from ...

$:/temp/info-plugin

... or shadows, in an "empty" TW ...

$:/info/etc...
